I was born in Istanbul in 1978. I completed my secondary and high school education at Istanbul Boys' High School. I completed my university education in Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Economics in English.

After working in sales and marketing departments in domestic and international companies for many years, I started working in the real estate consultancy sector in 2019. Since February 2020, I have been fulfilling my professional real estate profession in Beşiktaş, which is my area of expertise.

What percentage do you get as a realtor's commission on sales transactions?

Within the scope of the regulation published in the Official Gazette on October 14, 2020, our service commission rate is 4% + VAT in total, 2% from the buyer and 2% from the seller.(The real estate VAT Rate is 18%.)

How long is the validity period of the authorization document?

The authorization document to be issued for the sale or rental of your real estate covers a period of at least 90 days.
